Scope of this Role

You will own the structure and performance of our end-to-end revenue engine — from lead generation to revenue realization.
This is a high-impact role combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution, particularly within reporting, analytics, and system development.
Your focus is to:
  • Create full visibility on performance
  • Improve how we generate, convert, and track pipeline
  • Build scalable systems and processes that support growth

What you will do

Capabilities designed to help airports monitor operations, anticipate change and make better decisions in real time.

Own and optimize the revenue engine

  • Improve the full commercial funnel (lead → pipeline → close)

  • Strengthen pipeline quality, conversion, and velocity

  • Enable accurate forecasting and revenue predictability

Own data, systems & reporting

  • Manage CRM, BI, and commercial data infrastructure

  • Establish a single source of truth for performance

  • Build dashboards and reporting used by leadership and teams

Turn data into decisions

  • Translate data into actionable insights and priorities

  • Support forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives

  • Identify key drivers of growth, efficiency, and profitability

Build scalable processes

  • Standardize and optimize processes across the revenue lifecycle

  • Drive automation and operational efficiency

  • Ensure consistency across teams and markets

Support go-to-market & marketing

  • Contribute to segmentation, channels, and prioritization

  • Analyze and improve lead generation performance

  • Support selected marketing activities (e.g. outbound, events, content)

  • Ensure clear tracking and measurement of marketing ROI

What we are looking for

  • 5–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, revenue operations, or similar roles
  • Experience building or improving commercial processes and systems in a B2B environment
  • Strong analytical and structured mindset — combined with a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and reporting on a daily basis
  • Able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across teams
