In mid-January, two of our employees had the unique opportunity to tag along in the autonomous snow removal operation at Oslo Airport, witnessing firsthand how automation is transforming winter operations.
With six RS600 autonomous snowplows working in formation, the operation showcased the power of preplanned missions, real-time predictive capabilities, and seamless coordination with air traffic control – all with minimal radio communication.
The team experienced how autonomous technology ensures efficient and precise snow clearing, even in heavy snowfall conditions.
