Simon Pfeifer , Team Lead Winter Operations:
"With the Yeti Move`s Planning & Simulation platform, we move from static PDFs to a digital view of our winter operations. This allows us to analyze and optimize existing concepts, test realistic scenarios and validate decisions before implementation. The platform also supports training by making operations easy to explain, enabling staffing simulations and supporting scalable knowledge transfer across teams."
We are grateful for the trust and collaboration and look forward to the valuable insights this pilot project will deliver.
